  • In the following sessions, you’ll deepen your understanding of these skills and apply them to your work scenarios. Engaging and reflective games will offer valuable insights for self-improvement and practical application.
  • We also highlight common pitfalls, making you aware of nine critical mistakes often made by First Time Managers, helping you avoid them and excel. The workshop wraps up with a lively ‘Leadership Bingo’ game, reinforcing your learning and assisting you in drawing up an action plan in a fun and memorable way.
